Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 - Products:

The following general terms of sale govern all transactions established on the web catalog of www.sanathestore.com. Any order placed on this site assumes the client's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

2 - Object:

This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products of the company SANAA CREATION on the Internet. www.sanathestore.com is a service of the company SANAA CREATION with a capital of 100,000 dirhams registered with the Trade Registry of Marrakech under number 113811.

3 - Definitions:

In the following contract, each of the expressions mentioned above shall be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:

• "Distance contract": any contract concerning goods or services between the company SANAA CREATION and a Client within the framework of a distance selling system or service provision organized by the company SANAA CREATION which, for this contract, exclusively uses the Internet until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
• "Client": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes which do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.
• "Order form": document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Client and which must be signed by him by "double-click" to commit him.
• "Order": act by which the Client undertakes to purchase Products and the company SANAA CREATION to deliver them.

4 - Products:

All products in the catalog are marketed until stocks are exhausted. The company SANAA CREATION reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog, and this without notice; it cannot in any case be required to compensate or cancel an order due to the impossibility of using the purchased product for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.

5 - Placing an Order:

After finding the product(s) you are interested in, click on the "order" button; the product is then added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time and return to the catalog by pressing continue shopping. When you have finished shopping, validate your order by clicking on the "pay" button. In case of an error on your part when entering on the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours; after cancellation of the order by SANAA CREATION, you can reorder.

6 - Price:

Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD); however, they may also be displayed in other currencies, automatically or manually converted, with a possibility of a slight difference due to exchange rates. The prices indicated are guaranteed within the limit of available stocks, except for significant changes in charges, notably VAT, and except for typographical errors or omissions. The indicated prices do not include delivery charges, which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the CLIENT when definitively validating his order. www.sanathestore.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the items will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of registering the order, subject, however, to the availability of said items. When a validated order contains one or more erroneous elements (price, description, photo, etc.), www.sanathestore.com reserves the right to cancel it and to refund the order at its sole discretion without the CLIENT being able to challenge the solution chosen or hold SANAA CREATION responsible to claim compensation for the damage suffered.

7 - Order Execution:

The order will be executed no later than 7 days from the day following the day the Client placed his order. In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility to cancel his order. He will then have the choice to request either a refund of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest from their payment, or the exchange of the Product.

8 - Delivery:

Delivery is not provided by www.sanathestore.com; the customer will collect their merchandise at the delivery address indicated on their order form.
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer on the order form. The Customer is required to check the packaging of the merchandise upon delivery and report any damages to the carrier on the delivery note as well as to the company SANAA CREATION within one day.
The Customer may, upon request, receive an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.

How much does delivery cost?

Transport costs are borne by the buyer,

• For international shipments, they are dispatched via Express service by DHL, with prices automatically calculated based on the weight of the products. 
• In Morocco, they are based on AMANA rates for registered mail.
• Our prices are inclusive of VAT and are calculated based on the weight of the products.
• The cost of shipping your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
• Delivery costs are only waived during promotional periods and special offers.

What are the delivery times?

Your order is shipped within 48 hours, subject to available stock, after receipt of your payment.
In Morocco, the items will be sent to you by registered mail.
Any delays shall not entitle you to damages, cancellation of the order, or refusal to accept delivery.

9 - Payment Method:

To pay for your order, you choose one of the payment methods offered by www.sanathestore.com on the order form:

• Payment by credit card. Secured by CMI of morocco
• Payment by Paypal
• Payment by bank transfer or deposit into our account.

The Customer guarantees the company SANAA CREATION that they have any necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the order form.

10 - Data Confidentiality:

The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and is treated confidentially.
You have a right to rectify data concerning you.
You may receive advertisements from www.sanathestore.com unless you have stipulated that you refuse the use of your personal data for its purposes.

11 - Right of Withdrawal and Return:

From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully refunded. The return costs of the goods remain at your expense. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete, and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.

12 - Proof of Transactions Paid by Credit Card:

The data recorded by CmI (Centre monétique Interbancaire). on the CMI platform for www.sanathestore.com constitute proof of all commercial transactions between you and the company SANAA CREATION.

13 - Force Majeure:

www.sanathestore.com is only bound to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no event of force majeure hinders them.

15 - Applicable Law – Competent Jurisdiction:
